Student Registration FeeA Registration Fee is payable when the registration and enrolment pack is lodged with the College. The fee, which is non-refundable, is $50.00. The fee is payable for each student registered. BondFor families enrolling at the College, a bond is to be paid within 30 days of notification that a student's place has been allocated. The bond is $500.00 per family. Payment of the bond will be deemed to be acceptance of the place offered at the College. If the place is not subsequently taken up and insufficient notice given of this intention, the bond may not be refunded. The bond will be refunded when the last student enrolled from the family completes their education at the College provided that all monies owed to the College have been paid and that all books and equipment have been returned in good condition. Should the student be withdrawn from the College, the bond will be refunded provided that the required notice of withdrawal has been given and all books and equipment have been returned in good condition and all monies owed to the College have been paid. 2008 Tuition FeesThe school year is divided into four terms. During the month prior to the commencement of each term, an account will be forwarded for total fees payable in that term. Fees are payable prior to the commencement of term. A direct debit system has been established and payments through this system are to be a fortnight in advance at all times. Per Term Per Annum
Other ChargesThere may be additional charges on each account for items such as craft and excursions. These charges are determined by the College Board. StationeryStationery packs are provided for each student, the cost of which will be added to the term account. Late PaymentUnless specific arrangements have been made in advance with the College Board, a penalty applies to the late payment of fees and charges. Building FundFuture development of the College will rely to a considerable extent on money raised through voluntary contributions to the Building Fund. The recommended level of donation to the Building Fund in 2008 will be $100.00 per family per term. Donations to the Building Fund are tax deductible. Library FundDonations to the Library Fund are encouraged. Monies in this Fund are applied toward resources and books for the College library. The recommended level of donation to the Library Fund in 2008 is $50.00 per family per term. Donations to the Library Fund are tax deductible. Family DiscountsA concession in Tuition Fees is available for the second and subsequent members of a family attending the College at the same time. The concession in 2008 is:- 20% discount in tuition fees for the second child, 40% for the third child, 60% for the fourth child and 80% for the fifth child with a 100% discount in tuition fees for every child after that.
