St Peter's News

Thanks to all parents, staff and students for visiting the Languages Centre today, to support Year Six as we take our campaigns to the world. The experience of speaking to the community about issues that we are passionate about is valuable and so rewarding.

The students were very engaged speaking to you all and I appreciate the time everyone took to question the students deeply about what they had researched, learnt and presented. Whilst some issues are confronting, the ability to see the world through different lenses was beneficial. One of the comments made by Year Six today was an important life lesson; “I don’t mind picking up the horse manure anymore” when compared to the lives of other children their own age.

Next step; we hope to show our campaigns to Senior School Chapel.
